These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the TradoCademy website (the “Website”) and all products and services offered through it, whether accessed through a free registration or a paid registration. By registering an account — free or paid — and/or by ticking the acceptance box, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept these Terms of Use.

1. Definitions

• Website – the TradoCademy website and all of its subpages and applications.
• User – any natural or legal person who registers on, or otherwise uses, the Website.
• Account – a user profile created via email and password, whether under a Free Registration or a Paid Registration.
• Free Registration – registration that grants access to free content only, such as the free educational book, without any payment obligation.
• Paid Registration – registration linked to the purchase of one or more Paid Products.
• Products – collectively, the Courses/Membership, the TradingView Indicator subscription, the Discord Community subscription, and any Combined Package bundling two or more of the foregoing at a discount.
• Content – all text, video, images, indicators, strategies, analyses, and other materials made available on the Website or through the Products.

2. Scope — Free and Paid Registration

2.1. Free Registration. The Website allows Users to register free of charge in order to access certain free content, including the TradoCademy educational book. Free Registration does not grant access to any Paid Product.

2.2. Paid Registration. Access to the following Paid Products requires a separate registration and/or checkout, each of which is subject to these Terms of Use in addition to any product-specific terms displayed on the relevant product page at the time of purchase:

• Courses / Membership — structured video-based educational courses and membership content;
• TradingView Indicator — a monthly subscription granting a personal licence to use the TradoCademy indicator on TradingView;
• Discord Community — a monthly subscription granting access to the private TradoCademy Discord community;
• Combined Packages — bundles combining two or more of the above Products at a discounted price, on the terms displayed at checkout.

2.3. These Terms of Use apply equally to every registration event on the Website, whether Free Registration or Paid Registration, and must be separately accepted at each such event via the tick-box referenced above.

3. Educational Purpose — No Investment or Financial Advice

3.1. All Products and Content made available by TradoCademy — including but not limited to the Courses, the TradingView Indicator, and discussions within the Discord Community — are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. None of the Products, nor any Content, constitutes investment advice, financial advice, a personal recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

3.2. TradoCademy is not an investment intermediary, financial advisor, broker, or asset manager, and does not provide portfolio management, brokerage, or client-money services of any kind.

3.3.The strategies taught through the Products are developed by, and applied in practice by, professionals with more than fifteen (15) years of market experience. Notwithstanding this experience, past performance does not guarantee, and is not indicative of, future results. Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss, and the User’s results depend on numerous factors — including market conditions, risk management, and individual decision-making — that are outside TradoCademy’s control.

3.4. The User bears full and sole responsibility for their own trading and investment decisions and their outcomes. TradoCademy does not guarantee any profit, income, or specific result from the use of any Product, including the Indicator.

4. Registration and Account

• Registration requires the User to provide accurate, current, and complete information. The User must promptly update their information if it changes.
• The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity occurring under their Account.
• Sharing, reselling, or providing third-party access to a paid Account or its Content is strictly prohibited.
• TradoCademy reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate any Account in the event of a breach of these Terms of Use, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the Products.
• A User must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction, to register an Account.

5. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) on the relevant product page and are final at the time of purchase, save for any discount code validly applied at checkout.
• Payments are processed online through the Website’s payment provider. Access to a Paid Product is activated upon confirmation of successful payment.
• Subscriptions (the Indicator, the Discord Community, and recurring Membership plans) renew automatically for successive periods at the then-current price unless cancelled by the User before the renewal date, from the User’s account settings.
• Combined Packages are billed and, unless stated otherwise at checkout, renew as described on the relevant product page; the discount applies only while the bundled Products remain active together.
• Access to a purchased Product is granted strictly for the period corresponding to the payment made.

6. Right of Withdrawal — Digital Content

6.1. Once TradoCademy has granted the User access to a Paid Product consisting of digital content, the User is not entitled to a refund or withdrawal.

6.2. By completing a Paid Registration and ticking the acceptance box, the User expressly requests immediate provision of the purchased digital content and acknowledges that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal, pursuant to the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act, 2018 (Nigeria).

7. The Discord Community

Access to the Discord Community is provided subject to (a) these Terms of Use, (b) TradoCademy’s community rules and code of conduct as posted within the Discord server, and (c) Discord Inc.’s own Terms of Service, which govern the Discord platform itself and are outside TradoCademy’s control. TradoCademy may moderate, remove content from, or restrict access to any User within the community for breach of the applicable rules. Statements made by other members of the community, including moderators, are personal opinions and do not constitute advice or a position of TradoCademy unless expressly identified as such.

8. The TradingView Indicator

The Indicator subscription grants the User a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the TradoCademy indicator on TradingView for the duration of an active subscription. Use of TradingView itself is subject to TradingView’s own terms of service. The licence to the Indicator terminates automatically upon expiry, cancellation, or non-renewal of the subscription, and resale, sublicensing, or sharing of indicator access is strictly prohibited.

9. Intellectual Property

All Content on the Website, including the Courses, the Indicator’s underlying logic, strategies, texts, video, and branding, is the exclusive property of TradoCademy or its licensors. Except as expressly permitted for personal, non-commercial use by an active subscriber, it is prohibited to copy, distribute, resell, publicly share, or otherwise exploit the Content for commercial purposes without TradoCademy’s prior written consent.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Website, other Users’ accounts, or TradoCademy’s systems;
• Uploading or distributing unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful content through any interactive feature of the Website or Discord Community;
• Circumventing, or attempting to circumvent, any access, payment, or content-protection mechanism;
• Using automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or extract Content without prior written consent.

11. Cookies

The Website uses cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary for its operation, as well as analytics and marketing cookies used only with the User’s consent, collected via the cookie-consent banner shown on first visit. Full details of the categories of cookies used, their purpose, and retention periods are set out in TradoCademy’s separate Cookie Policy, published on the Website, which forms part of these Terms of Use by reference.

12. Personal Data

Personal data submitted through registration or use of the Website is processed in accordance with TradoCademy’s Privacy Policy and the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023 (NDPA). The Privacy Policy sets out the categories of data processed, the purposes and legal bases for processing, retention periods, and the User’s rights as a data subject, including the right to access, rectify, erase, or port their data, and to lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TradoCademy shall not be liable for: (a) financial losses or loss of profits arising from the User’s own trading or investment decisions; (b) misinterpretation or misapplication of the Content by the User; (c) temporary technical interruptions of the Website, the Indicator on TradingView, or the Discord Community; or (d) acts or omissions of third-party platforms, including TradingView and Discord, that are outside TradoCademy’s reasonable control.

14. Amendments

TradoCademy reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use, the Cookie Policy, and the Privacy Policy at any time. The current version is always published on the Website. Where an amendment materially affects an active paid subscriber, TradoCademy will use reasonable efforts to notify the User in advance and, where required by law, seek renewed consent.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent Nigerian courts.
